Terms and Conditions Friscape SA:
● Friscape.ch is owned and used by Friscape SA, 1700 Fribourg (VAT number CHE-168.195.373 VAT). Friscape SA reserves the right to change the general conditions without notice.
● Friscape SA will not be responsible for escape game participants for any damage, injury, loss or theft of property or any inconvenience suffered within the setting of this activity.
● Friscape SA will not be responsible for escape game participants for any damage, injury, loss or theft of property or any inconvenience suffered within the setting of this activity and resulting from a slight or severe error of one of its auxiliaries or employees.
● The escape game participants are held to respect the whole of the furniture, game equipment as well as decorative elements.
● All monetary costs resulting from damages suffered voluntarily or by negligence by one or more participants will be at the expense of the latter.
● The activities offered by Friscape SA are not recommended to people suffering from heart conditions, hypertension, claustrophobia or any other specific medical conditions.
● The participants will refrain from participating in Friscape SA activities while under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Furthermore, any consumption of alcohol or narcotics on site is prohibited.
● The participants are held to respect the guidelines provided by the staff of Friscape SA at the start of each activity.
● Friscape SA reserves the right to exclude any participant not respecting these Terms and Conditions or the guidelines of the staff or for displaying inappropriate behaviour. In this case, the participants may not claim any form of refund or discount for the site.
● In order to preserve the feeling of discovery, Friscape SA asks the participants to refrain themselves from taking photos or videos inside the site or after completing the activity.
● The minimum age for any participant is 16 years old. Younger participants can however participate in the activities if they are accompanied by adults for the duration of the activity.
● Games are designed for teams of 2 to 10 people.
● All brands and logos displayed on the site are owned by Friscape SA. We do not authorise you to use them without written permission from Friscape SA prior to use and you admit that such a use can be an object of an offense to rights of ownership.
● Internet is not absolutely safe. Friscape SA will do whatever is necessary to protect the any sort of payment information. Friscape SA will not be held responsible in case of damages suffered following a loss of confidentiality.
● The participants can freely cancel their game 48 hours prior. Beyond that deadline, no refund is feasible.
● The participants must be present on time. 20 minutes following the agreed time, Friscape SA reserves the right to cancel the game and no refund is feasible.
● Any interpretation of the encompassing rules will be done in a mindset of sincerity and equity.
● The Terms and Conditions of sale apply to all visitors of the Friscape SA website and must be read carefully and accepted prior to any use.
